“Today’s Schedule” Feature

The SalesLogix Dashboard’s “Today’s Schedule” feature gives users unprecedented control over activities management. Events can be organized and sorted by type, time of day, project, urgency, and even business/personal. Reorganize every option and category on the dashboard based on your terminology, fields, and graphical icons.

“My Activities” Feature

The “My Activities” feature on the SalesLogix dashboard allows your sales team to organize activities on a more personal level with features that aid in managing and displaying personal activities as well as business related activities.

With a single mouse click you can sort items in ascending and descending order and identify the “Type”, “Date”, “Priority”, “Contact/Account”, “Regarding,” and other areas of your activities. Sorting this information allows you to divide and organize your tasks in any number of ways with increased efficiency.

Pipeline Status – Sales Process

The Pipeline Status screen on the SalesLogix dashboard allows you to analyze the monetary value and visually depicted priority of existing tasks in your sales process. The Pipeline’s sales level names can be customized to reflect your particular business needs. Many business owners testify that being able to customize their own sales process steps is one of their favorite features of the SalesLogix Dashboard.

The “Pipeline Status”, as shown below, acts as a visual heat map of the value, density, and name of the various levels of your pipeline opportunities. In both graphical and spreadsheet forms you can see the total volume of business in each stage of your sales process, such that you can maximize your ability to identify weak points where sales are being held up, keeping focus on closing deals and reaching your sales goals. Your sales process vision on the SalesLogix dashboard also tells you how many opportunities are available, the sales potential of each deal’s stage, the weighted amount of the sales value, and the average number of days your deals were at certain stages of the sales process.

Pipeline

You can also organize opportunities by the probability of closing, the source of the lead, and even by your competitors and store customer information in the native format, making it a snap to convert sales proposals into the language your clients understand.

Using the menu on the right-hand side of the pipeline status on the SalesLogix dashboard, you can organize your sales process steps with a simple pull-down menu. Generate a screenshot graphically representing any step of your sales process for easy visual analysis, and choose any stage of your sales process, from qualified leads, potential clients needing analysis, demonstrations you may need to show to an inquiring client, contract negotiations you are currently in, to decisions currently at hand. All these features will tell you the quantitative values of all your sales stage levels.

The bottom section of the SalesLogix Dashboard graphically represents any of your key figures and can be customized or easily sorted as other areas of the dashboard. Just click on a tab to view your data as graphs, charts and spreadsheets in areas including total sales, sales by product, win rate, key performance indicators, open opportunities, and sales potential. Using the “Grand Total” tab, view the total value of your potential sales pipeline or use the “Sales” tab to view your customers’ purchase histories. These features give added depth to your company’s ability to envision and convert on sales objectives, especially from customers that give the best returns.

Opportunities

The left edge of the SalesLogix Dashboard contains icons for instant access to your sales and opportunity information. Choose from Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Calendar, Library, and Reports.
