SPX Error: Insertion into defect_category error in SalesLogix

Version: 3.3.5

Problem:

Error produced when using the Area, Category, or Issue fields in a Defect.

Solution:

Replace the ti_defect_category view by executing an SQL statement against your SupportLogix database.

Error examples:

"Could not insert into defect_category because defect_category does not exist"
