SalesLogix Workgroup Administrator error: Installation of schema changes bundle SQL Error

Problem:

An SQL error is received when installing the schema changes bundle for support, due to the schema changes bundle being installed before the server components.

Solution:

First, uninstall the schema changes bundle and then install the server components software, after which, re-install the schema changes bundle.

Error examples:

“Wgadmin error: Creating index XAK1CONTRACTINCIDENT:general sql error. Line 1: incorrect syntax error ';' .”
