Error in creating a remote database with SalesLogix Workgroup Administrator

Version: 4.1 +

Problem:

Error message appears when creating a remote database by trying to cut a remote database using Workgroup Administrator (Tools menu -> Tools, then clicking Create Remote User Databases) and the process failing.

Solution:

Using the SalesLogix Installation Wizard, select Third Party Installs and Interbase Server.

Error examples:

"Cannot create databases in this location…"
