SLX Error: MAPI Error with Login to SalesLogix

Problem:

SalesLogix log-in MAPI Error

Solution:

If you are not using email with SalesLogix:
Make sure the Automatically Logon to E-mail option in SalesLogix Client > Tools > Options > E-mail tab is deselected.

If you are using email with SalesLogix, this may imply that there is a problem with your email configuration.
Refer to your SalesLogix Client Help file for detailed instructions on setting up the SalesLogix Mail Client and SalesLogix Client for email.
