Error Saving an RMA in SalesLogix

Version: 6.01

Problem:

When saving an RMA, a user receives an error message. This problem may occur intermittently.

Solution:

Click OK, and continue working. The error does not cause any data loss or impact functionality.

This issue is scheduled for correction in a future version of SalesLogix.

Error examples:

"Setup SQL threw exception for table CONTACT and field CONTACTID."
