Error 6

Find the assigned to user of a ticket in SalesLogix

Problem:

The "ticket" table contains the field "assignetoid" which doesn´t match the "userid" on the "userinfo" table. How do you get the name of the user who has been assigned to that ticket?

Solution:

Join the "Assignedtoid" field from the "ticket" list to "seccodeid" field from the "seccode" table and look for the "seccodedesc" to find out the names.
