Transaction error
Using: SalesLogix 6.2.4 on Windows Server 2000/SQL2000
Problem:
SalesLogix tries to permanently process one transaction (an attachment created on a remote which doesn’t exist on the remote or on the server and is not needed by the users) nor every sync cycle. How to remove transaction from sync-server?
Solution:
- delete the file by going to SyncFileTracking and removing the file - it will have a status of 1 or 2 - just remove the entry from there.
- If you do not find a corresponding record in SyncFileTracking, look in SyncLogs/Documents/AttatchTemp for a file named PEND....98.
