Lookup error
Using: SalesLogix 6.2.3 with hot fixes 3 and 5, running on Citrix terminal server; SalesLogix 6.1.3-through hotfix 11 Remote Client
Problem:
The user right-clicks on the Account icon in the Navigation Bar, clicks on Lookup Account, performs a lookup, and then selects an item from the lookup results. When the account detail view loads, the user gets the following error message: "An unusual error has occurred when executing Lookup:AccountCompany. Contact your system administrator. 0x1@0: Function Lookup:AccountCompany Exception: Access violation at address 004E1BA8 in module 'SalesLogix.exe'. Read of address 0000003B."
The error does not occur every time the user performs a lookup from the Account icon on the Navigation bar, just every now and then. It does not seem to occur when performing the same lookup through the Lookup menu or clicking on the Account label in the Account detail window.
Solution:
